The system for online processing of EC application (ECMS) is ready and can be accessed to it by clicking “EC/NAVAL CLEARANCE” in this website. All existing authorized signatories may please convey their respective E-mail addresses to arbha@dghindia.org for registering themselves in ECMS.Usernames and passwords will be sent to these E-mail addresses only. New signatories must send their approval (scanned copy) along with their e-mail addresses.
