About Revenue Accrual Module
DGH is in the process of developing an Online System for Accounting of Accrual and Payment of Government Remittances. The initial module of the system that is "License Fees Accrual Module" is being made ready for end user testing purposes. The application module can be accessed as per the instructions given below. The initial used-id for each operator is being dispatched by the Contract Finance department of DGH. Any operator not receiving the user-id may kindly contact the Contract Finance department of DGH.

System Requirement
To access the Revenue Accrual Module application your computer needs to be a client of DGH network. To achieve this, you need to establish a connection with DGH's network through a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) based VPN client. The SSL client used in this application is called Neoaccel client.
To properly install Neoaccel you need a browser with Java Runtime Environment 1.5 or higher.The recommended environment is Windows Vista with IE7.
Neoaccel client is not properly tested on IE8.

Installation Guidelines of Neoaccel client:
Initially the following screen will appear (on Internet Explorer 7 or higher)
Click Continue
On the above screen provide VPN portal access username & password as provided by DGH.
Upon successful logon the above screen will appear.
Make sure that access mode is PHAT as depicted above.
Now click on the Licence fees Accrual Module link to access Revenue Accrual Module.
